Annually Sales: Approximately 10000 bottles per annually (900k-950k)

 

Abstract:  Foods & Beverages is a never ending business in all over the world because it is a basic need of everyone. Al MASA Foods & Beverages is providing all the most frequent using products at your door step. We are living in a era where everyone wants pure and natural organic food items but they can’t find these items very easily. If they found these item they cannot have these items in nearby stores or marts. They have to travel so long to get these items which is not possible for everyone. Other thing is that they cannot find each thing in one place. For example if they find a farm of pure milk then they have to find place for pure brown eggs in affordable price. The price of brown eggs is so high in our market that’s the reason which makes us to eat white eggs. Same goes for the meat. Everyone knows that this broiler we are consuming is very unhealthy to consume. But the lack of brown chicken and the high price is making peoples to eat broiler all the time.

Mineral water business is very common business right now in the market but a space for good quality water in reasonable price is still empty in the market. Small water bottles are sold in other type of the market where shopkeeper wants his own profit he don’t care about other things. They have no idea about the water they are selling is it healthy or not. But in 19 litter bottles space exist for high quality mineral water at very low price. Some people don’t want to take any risk so they are bound to expensive multinational brands. So they have to pay too much to get them. Other thing is that if they switch the brand then they get stuck in a loop where they have to call again and again to the distributor for the water. So quality water with excellent service can help us to gain a massive share in this market.

By providing door to door delivery of mineral water we have direct access to the consumers. So we can have different sort of market researches which will guide us to launch unique and competitive products according to market need.

Our direct access to end users will make us more effective to provide good and efficient delivery services to everyone.

We can manage these things by making territories. It will facilitate us to manage the supply area by area which will be an efficient way to resolve issues. Because an issue in one territory will not disturb the supply in other territories. After managing production and supply of mineral water we will have all the financial details which will help us in future.

A wide range of products will also help us to gain more and more customers. Let suppose one person is not buying our mineral water but may be that person get interested to buy milk from us. It will increase probability that in future he will also start buying mineral water or any other products from us. To ensure customers to buy maximum number of products from us we can give them different deals or box packages and giving some discount on the purchase of any product. It will give us a log chain of customers.

We are not only targeting residential consumers we will also provide our products to different businesses. For example so many catering companies are managing hundreds of thousands of events every year. In any event guests sitting beside the table have crave for water in the start that’s why they place water bottles on all the tables. We will make customize bottles for them which will have their printed logo on the label. On the other hand so many well-known restaurants can also be our clients we can also print their logo on the label which will put their positive impression on their customers.

Low quality snacks are taking massive share in the market. These products are making our kids sick very sick. Place for high quality snacks in reasonable price is still empty right now. Unique kinds of snacks with good quality will help us to take a high share in the market.

Our business goal is to provide quality food items in low price to each and every one not only in this city not only in this province not only in this country in all over the world. Wasting our mind and talent in politics we have not idea that where our country is standing right now. We want to export high quality products in all over the world we will take a massive market share if we stay ambitious and don’t let our spark ends ever this is not only a business this a gate way to put Made in Pakistan stamps on our own products. Other countries get Pakistani food products and sell it in the international market with their own stamp. They don’t want to give us credit. They don’t want us to show our talent in this whole world. But they can’t stop us we will make our repute in international market and will sale our product directly. We have world class fruits in our country. Our vegetables are good enough in compression with any other country. Rice grown in Pakistan are the best rice in the world. We will get respected while standing with any other national. We can make unbelievable revenue and in result of that our agriculture our farming will increase so many people will get jobs. We Can, We Will!
