PEECA required the consultancy services to promote the LED lights as future energy saving retrofit for public and private sector. In this project, about 5MW energy saving potential was intended targeting commercial and industrial sector. The main focus was the lighting sector energy saving which is the major energy consumer in all sectors. AERIL-KICS provided consultancy services in order to mark and validate the energy saving potential in commercial and industrial sector all over Punjab and provided reports of audits to Client PEECA. The awareness seminars on importance of Energy conservation and LED lighting technology were also conducted to spread awareness. Overall 5MW energy saving potential has been identified in various sites.
