Further detailed specifications of equipment and terms and conditions for the purchase are given in Bidding Documents that may be obtained against the written request from January 10, 2014 during normal working hours, from the office of the Director, Al-KICS, UET, Lahore on production of receipt of n production of receipt of Rs.300/- (Non-Refundable) to be deposited in the main Account No. 01280038306201 of the Al-Khawarizmi Institute of Computer Science, maintained in Habib Bank Ltd. UET Branch, Lahore.

The sealed tenders/quotations along with the bank draft/Deposit-at-Call @ 2% of the bid price as Bid Security/Earnest Money in shape of CDR in the name of “Director KICS” will be received in the office of the Director, Al-Khawarizmi Institute Computer Science, UET Lahore on Monday, January 26, 2015 till 11:00am and will be opened, by the Chairman Central Purchase Committee, UET, Lahore, on the same day at 11:30am in the Conference Hall, Vice-Chancellor’s Office, UET, Lahore in the presence of the bidders or their representative. In case of public holiday, tender will be open on next working day at the same time. The bidding process will be governed under Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, as amended from time to time and instructions of the Government received during the completion of the project.
