Under the Policy for Power Generation Projects, 2002 announced by the Government of Pakistan, NTDC has developed a new Standard Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) for the upcoming power projects.

This new regime for projects revolves around the Availability Based, Data Processing and Invoicing System. In order to support this new regime of PPA, there is a demand identified for Data Processing and Invoice Processing Automation System (IPAS) IPAS is an Enterprise Management Information System (EMIS). This Enterprise Management Information System is a web application deed for web & network-based metering to calculate: -
