- Development of SOP’s to avoid or minimized downtime.
- Development of IT Contingency Plans.
- IT Resource Management.
- Organizing training and workshop for resource.
- Procurement of Hardware and Software.
- Coordination with other Campus of various Organizations in the field of IT.
- Managing the Software Development Team with in the Organization.
- Design and Implementation of Core and Server Network
