In a recent ceremony held on 6th November 2015 at UET (University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore), an MOU (Memorandum of Understating) was signed between Al-Khwarizmi Institute of Computer Science, University of Engineering and Technology (KICS, UET), Lahore (as training institute) and Sequa gGmbH (as partner).
Purpose of the Agreement:
KICS, UET was identified as a training institution for the course delivery under the agreement. This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) sets for the understanding between Al-Khwarizmi Institute of Computer Science,University Of Engineering and Technology (KICS, UET), Lahore and Sequa gGmbH to setup together the cooperative vocational training course for the trade of ‘Energy Efficiency Advisor’.
Funding of this venture will be done by Sequa gGmbH that will support Al-Khwarizmi Institute of Computer Science, University Of Engineering and Technology (KICS, UET), Lahore financially in the initial setup phase and during the first batch of implementation.

‐ Financial Incentives for Teachers for the course delivery
‐ Teaching Venue costs

‐ Vehicle arrangement for transportation/Industrial visits
‐ Graduation ceremony
Duration of the Agreement:
This MOU is at-will and may be modified by mutual consent of authorized officials from Al-Khwarizmi Institute of Computer Science, University Of Engineering and Technology (KICS-UET), Lahore and Sequa gGmbH.
The MOU was signed by two parties - Oliver Petzoldt (International Project Director from Sequa gGmbH) and Dr. Waqar Mahmood (Director, KICS-UET). Mr. Muhammad Ali from KICS-UET is the project manager of this venture.
